Many features are available as paid add-ons to either the Unlimited or Pay-as-you-go plans. If you port a number, the setup fee is $15. Each new number involves a $7 setup fee and a $2 monthly charge. You must also pay for phone numbers with OnSIP. This plan does not come with phone hardware and you only receive 5 voicemail inboxes, 3 ring groups, and 3 auto-attendants. It costs $49.95 per month for an unlimited number of users, but you’ll also pay 2.9 cents per minute for domestic calls. The Pay-as-you-go plan is designed for businesses with low call volume. It costs $18.95 per user per month and includes a desk phone for every user, unlimited voicemail and call recording, unlimited ring groups, and unlimited auto-attendants.
